We do not sell software—we are in the Service Bureau business. We process your spool files and put them in a highly searchable format on either your intranet or the internet. We can use your hardware or ours—it’s your choice.
The price for processing the work cannot be matched by using your own people or equipment. The processing fee is $0.005 (half a cent) per page—even less for high volume.
Our system is based on Linux, but all a user needs is a browser. There is no other software to install. The browser can reside on a Windows PC, a Macintosh, a Linux workstation, a Sun, or any other commercially available operating system.
If you have daily reports that cannot be sent to our site because of time constraints, we will set up a custom–configured PC so you can process your own reports and load them onto your web site.
Your reports can have as many indexed fields as needed with full text search capabilities. Normal search time for an indexed field of 1 million pages is under six seconds.
